Helpful for Leg Cramps and Sleep I found this magnesium glycinate really helpful during pregnancy. It helped with my leg cramps and also seemed to support better sleep. I’m happy with how well it worked for me and would definitely consider using it again.

It works well for relaxation before bedtime. I brought this to replace using melatonin at times when I’ve thrown off my rhythm staying up late on a long holiday weekend or getting caught up binging a show on Netflix. I can only handle taking one at a time. The one time I took two I felt too relaxed. It was like I was in this in between state of sleepiness or feeling extremely still. It’s hard to describe lol but overall, I think it works well just make sure that you hydrate when you take it. I find that I feel more thirsty. I also recommend taking it about an hour before bed once you’ve had a chance to wind down and do all of your bed prep. I find that the times that I took it too close to bed time it took longer to kick in, so I stayed up later. Or the times that I took it, but hadn’t done my bedtime routine. I feel like I woke up out of it with too many tasks that required my attention and focus. So it’s not like melatonin where it puts you to sleep, it just makes you feel relaxed for sleep. So if you’re not already in a state or have done everything to prepare for sleep, it can seem like it doesn’t work (I hope that makes sense).

Well… I usually don't write reviews, but felt I should with this supplement. I have been suffering from heel pain or commonly known as plantar fasciitis. When to Dr and took therapy from 2 months and no relieve. Then search for muscle pain supplements , because I didn’t want to take pain meds. So, magnesium glycinate came up as an option, then search on amazon for some magnesium glycinate components , then decided on this. My first dose 3 capsules yesterday evening around 7 pm, and this morning as soon as I took my first step, I felt the difference , and I am hopeful that this supplement will help me with this pain. Also must mention the good night sleep I had just on the first day 🦶🦶

I was using a different brand for about 2 years and noticed nothing. I finally decided to give up on it and so glad! This brand i immediately noticed it works!!!
