I purchased this cacao powder to mix with my coffee or use it solo for my hot beverage in the morning. Since this is unsweetened, I can adjust the sugar of my cacao powder drink. Good product.

I've been trying to find a way to get my caffeine fix without feeling like my bones are going to jump out of my skin. Coffee and even tea have been making me too jittery, and regular cocoa is so sweet, it makes me sick. So what I do is get about a tablespoon of the cacao powder and mix it with a little bit of room temp water, enough to just dissolve it and makes a little paste. This helps with clumping. Then I pour milk over it and fill my mug, mixing it in. No sweeteners needed other than the milk. I love dark chocolate and strong, bitter coffee though so that might not be the method for everyone. There's enough caffeine that I can feel like I'm awake, and I don't get the awful feeling I get from stronger doses. I'm also a chocoholic, so drinking it's gonna make me happy and feel good anyway.

Used in smoothies for nutritional benefits. Used in coffee for boosting effect. Recommend research cacao uses before purchasing. Good as a mood elevator as with any chocolate product.
