Easy to put together, easy to use.The parts are labeled nicely (the bags are labeled by letter so look closely it can be faint).Directions are great and understandable. I put it together in about 30 minutes.Don’t waste your time and hand strength “pushing” the poles in, use a mallet/hammer. The screws don’t really need any tools but there’s a little screwdriver in the box anyway.I like that all the shelves are wide enough for large items like a pillow yet rolls and foldable for space saving. It has so many poles I can hang a lot of stuff, or pull out the hanger arms at the top for shirts/pants using hangers.It’s great for throw rugs, pet towels, and the washable cat/dog pee pads that you don’t want waste electricity to dry, or fleece throws & larger comforters that come out the wash mostly dry or too large to really get fully dry.

Easy to assemble. Easy to use. Holds a big load if arranged right. Lightweight so super easy to move and stores easily. Caution if it's windy, it too light weight to stand without something weighting the base. Lol. Otherwise, great purchase.

Super easy to put together. I'm unsure about some reviews starting their instructions weren't clear because this was quite easy.Put it to work right away. It is holding a button-down shirt on a hanger, three wool sweaters and a very large wool shawl no problem. Definitely worth the money and high quality. So glad I bought this

Mostly works as it should. My only problem is that the two rods in the top and center keep falling out when I hang shirts on both sides. The weight of the shirts is basically pulling the sides apart just enough for these to fall out. If they were a little bit longer, this wouldn’t be happening. If I hang something very light on those rods and try to center them as well as I can, the rods might stay in throughout the drying process. Other than that, I’m happy with my purchase.I can dry a large load of laundry so long as I make use of the extensions for hangers, and I can dry them in the same bathroom that the washer is in. I leave a space heater on and keep the bathroom door closed so it doesn’t affect the rest of the house. I could dry them outside, assuming it’s not raining, but it tends to get windy here a lot and with this being so light, it rolls around (even with the wheels locked) and falls over—luckily, I’ve been there to catch it every time. I have considered tying it to the deck so it stays put, but drying inside has worked fine, so I won’t bother.I considered other drying racks, but after taking the measurements into consideration, I chose this one. After seeing what it can hold, I’m glad that this was the choice I made.I’m not sure why others have problems moving it with laundry on it, but I do it just fine. It has never fallen apart on me. I have even moved it in from outside with laundry on it, having to turn and lift it, and there were no issues during or after the move.

I love this drying rack. So much room. It would be nice for the construction to be a little more beefy. Only flaw is that the bottom frame pieces keep coming apart when you move it around. I could glue them. I still think this was a good purchase.

Easily put together, and pretty sturdy!

I don’t know who received these “good directions,” because mine were crap. I has to call in an engineer friend to figure it out. Three stars because it is great to use. The quality is a little wobbly, but for the price, it is a good buy.
