There is no way around the pee smell. That said, I was taking a vitamin and it was causing repeated bathroom visits. I switched to these because most vitamins mask the natural smell with slight flavor profiles. Vitamins - in the natural state - smell. These are about as pure of an absorption your body can have. No fluorescent urine — just smells like it. Take at night!

My son and I both took this multivitamin and did not feel well afterwards. We tried it for five days but I could not get over the bitter aftertaste it left in my mouth. I took the capsule with and without food, in the morning and evening but it didn’t matter bc my stomach was left upset every time and then I felt nauseous.

I love Pure Encaplulations brand! It's the only brand of B vitamins I can take that don't make me feel nauseous. Also the B's dont repeat on you, nor have a bad smell. They are spendy, but dont have the fillers.As far as this multivitamin goes, I thought I'd try and see if I could take them. I bought it to get more A in my diet to help with light sensitivity. Often other vitamin A supplements have caused me headache, but I thought if this did the same that family members could use it even if I couldnt.I've found that it does NOT cause me headache. The only down fall is that this particular multi DOES have a typical b vitamin smell, which will repeat on you for at least a couple of hours afterword. If you are the type that can take them before bed, and sleep thru the repeating, I highly recommend doing so.
