Has anyone noticed this helps their condition as the only major change in their daily routine? If so, in what way(s)?

Good stuff. I frequently use it to stop colds or flue symptoms. For me it seem[s to be better than most cold OTC medicines. Have used it for at least several years.

Why it doesnt name the ingredients in indian language as well, its an indian company and i dont understand at all the ingredients in english !! ?

What is the expiry date on the current stock?

Protective layer is missing after opening the cap, is this expected and safe to use the product ?
