At times, I prefer old school over-the-ear headphones. Well, imagine my surprise when I learned that my new phone didn't have a headphone jack. First, I bought a lightning cable wired earbud set, then got to wondering if they made an adaptive gadget that would let me use the big mama headphones. So here we are. My (new) phone isn't "new" per se, it's a Samsung A16 5G, which is awesome and new compared to the pos I had before, and it works for me. Best of all this adapter works perfectly. Just plug in, and go. Everything should be so simple. Now, I'm not sure but I kind of think the sound quality isn't quite as great as just the headphone jack plug, but that could just be my own preferences. It's not as good I think as the wired earbuds, but then again those are *in* and not *on* your ears, so factor that and it's understandable. These were so inexpensive, I don't mind the purchase even if I don't use them that often. It's nice to know there's such a gizmo available to outfox the tech heads that think they know what all consumers want!

I bought these converters to use in my mobile pone because it doesn't have a plug-in for wired headphones. At 1st, I wasn't pleased at all with the sound coming out of my wired earbuds connected to the converter, got frustrated and resorted to using the Bluetooth wireless earbuds. Initially the sound cut in & out, was flat- sounding, and reminded me of the poor night-time reception of old AM radios. When I later tried using these converters again, I realized that the sound was so bad because I was not getting the USB-C into the port completely, nor was the wired headphone male-end making a full connection with the converter's port. Once I was able to get the converter and wired earbud plug to seat completely, my impression of the converter did a 180° turnabout. The sound is rich with full-range music coming from the earbuds. After I was able to make a full connections, he convert worked well. I was really happy with the quality of sound the converter renders now.

Bought s new phone and love it, but as with so many new phones the 3.5mm headset jack no longer exists. Very happy with this 2-pack of adapters that allow me to use my wired headsets. Excellent look and quality. Work perfectly thus far.

My wife and I upgraded our phones to iPhone 16 Pro few months ago. We’re quite happy with our phones, but one thing we both missed was being able to use wired earbuds that we’ve had for a few years. This 2-pack of connectors allowed us to both use them with no problem at all. The connectors are well-designed and well-built, and all we had to do was plug them into the phone and plug our earbuds into them. The sound on our earbuds is very good—we have 2 different brands, both sound good. The connector is short enough to not be a problem, but just long enough to give the flexibility you need. They don’t build up any significant heat, which means they’re not wasting power. Good connectors that bot of us to use our new and old gear together, they fit our needs nicely.

This item is well made and looks sharp. It can only be used for listening to music. It does not work for phone calls. I need that function do I returned them. If you only need it for music, works great.

I used this for my Sony M5's to avoid having to go wireless. These work well and audio quality remains consistent. I haven't used these for phone calls so cannot comment if the mic works with my headphones wired.

Update: I was contacted by the company and they fulfilled the lifetime warranty. They should add a contact link or email in the description somewhere because I couldn’t find it. Already broken. I disconnected the adapter and the USB-C connector disconnected. I did not use any force.
