Excellent all round grater/zester
Read reviews about microplanes being significantly better and longer lasting than other graters. Can't say anything about the longevity yet but it's a very high quality utensil which allows you to grate just about anything with little pressure required. Also it's so much easier to clean than my previous supermarket own brand grater.Would recommend picking one up!

Excellent utensil
After years of chipped nails and torn skin using other graters, this one is a dream to use. It’s a little expensive but the extra cost is far outweighed by the sturdiness, safety and reliability of this product. I’ve already bought another as a gift and intend to give more to family at Christmas. It’s a great find.

Change how you zest
I didn’t know I needed a microplane until I went to a cooking class and saw them use one to grate ginger. And wow, it’s so much better than the graters you can buy from IKEA or other places. The precision and finesse are just on another level.
