Qunol Ultra CoQ10 100mg Softgels are a bit on the large size. There is a bit of a funky taste if you leave it in your mouth too long before swallowing, but no objectionable aftertaste. I have just started this supplement so it's too early to tell about any side effects, digestive effects or if it improves sleep quality, but I can report back after I've been on it for awhile. Main ingredients are Vit E as well as the Co Q 10. Co Q 10 is recommended for just about every ailment from what I've seen, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to try it. It is easy enough to use, swallow 1 softgel once a day with food...I just try to space out my supplements so I'm not taking a bunch all at once.

I bought these for my husband several months ago and he’s quite happy with it. As with other people that take Statins, he was having trouble with joint pain.
