Hampton Adams Athletic Sports Tape, Very Strong, Easy Tear, No Residue

No odor, no nasty residue left behind. Goes on, stays on. Definitely grippy when I peel it off. For one wounded area on a finger, I put on some of the J&J tape (which doesn't hold well), then used this tape. Peeled off wounded area w/o an issue. I had a little trouble cutting this tape at first. I'll get the hang of it someday. I am not a person who bites tape to break it. Not happening with me. Tried J&J, but it just got wet with sweat and slipped out of position. Tried Nexcare. One type I tried left some adhesive residue on my fingers. It took me 20 min to get it off with olive oil and soap. I don't have 20 min of scrubbing my hands to get residue off some tape. Nexcare makes one that's supposedly easy remove. I tried this Hampton tape first and I haven't bothered with the Nexcare. It's still in the package for someday. I can put this over callus areas on my hands when using pick axes (hand size and full size) outside. Able to move my fingers. One place, the J&J and Nexcare tapes just couldn't stay put. This Hampton tape stayed put for the duration of my work outside. Hands got sweaty and tape stayed in place. Does what it's supposed to do. Doesn't leave residue on my hands. Doesn't have any odor I can detect. Just works.

The quality is amazing, totally worth the money. I would even recommend the 32-pack if you use it often, great price, easy to carry, does not leave any tape residue and it's comfortable.

I use this Hampton Adams athletic tape mainly for basketball, and it’s been great for ankle support. It holds everything in place through games and practices without loosening up, even when you’re sweating and moving a lot. I feel more confident cutting, jumping, and landing when my ankle is taped with this. What I really like is how comfortable it is on the skin. It doesn’t rip out hair when you take it off, and I haven’t had any irritation or sticky residue afterward. I can tear it by hand easily, and it sticks well without feeling overly aggressive. It gives solid support without being uncomfortable, and it actually stays put for the whole game. If you play sports and need reliable ankle tape that’s strong but still skin friendly, this one does the job really well.

After using eucalyptus-infused blue tape, I decided to use something different, and this one popped up. Good things: * I love that I can rip it with my hand half-asleep in the morning, no scissors needed. Be careful not to fray though (more later) * Very easy to remove, no sticky residue, doesn't pull your skin * Easy to put on, conforms to the palm contours very well * Just one layer is good enough for me, your mileage may vary Now the more questionable parts that you can address: * if frayed when you put it on, it may bother you at the edges as on your inside hand rubs on the handle. So, be careful. It is easy to do it right, just pay attention. * A drawback may show up when it gets wet with the lake water splash as you row. I noticed that the outside hand remains in good condition while the inside hand starts losing its adhesion due to rotation. It irritated me first time I used it (incorrectly, I figured out later). I think there is remedy by cutting it longer and wrapping the tape all around the hand instead of just putting it on the palm, though I haven't yet tried (next week).

As a boxer, besides our wraps and gloves the tape is our best friend. It protects our fingers from the constant beating we give to the mitts and heavy bag. Before stumbling this tape my fingers were aching non stop and at certain times it went down to my bones. It wasn't about proper wrapping techniques but, because I wasn't using tape to properly let me rehab my fingers. Ever since I purchased the tape and started taping my fingers, I was able to continue my training (4x per week) and feel no discomfort whatsoever, none. Thanks to this tape I can keep on training worry free. When it comes to comfort, you hardly notice your fingers are taped up, the adhesive properties are also incredible. I wash my hands when I have I on and I see no change in loosening up, It's a top notch product. A 3 pack for $9.99 is definitely a steal, I'm still on my first roll. I highly recommend this tape to anyone who boxes and who has finger issues due to injuries.

Ein echter Fehlkauf! Schlechtestes Tape was ich jemals genutzt habe. Es lässt sich zum einen relativ schwer abreißen, zum anderen hat es nur wenig Klebekraft und löst sich relativ schnell. Angesichts der Werbung und des hohen Preises hätte ich ein Leukotape 2.0 erwartet. So war es einfach nur eine Enttäuschung.

Warning to anyone looking at buying this tape in Australia. I have brought this before and this product is not the same. It doesnt stick as well, isnt as strong and doesnt have the product name on it. Dont buy!
