How do you hang this douche bag in a shower? I see only a tiny hole at end opposite of large opening.

There's a c-shaped hook that comes in the kit that you can use to hang on the shower rod.

I use it with warm water to just clean myself out now and then. Keeps me fresh and ready for what comes my way... :)

Can the hose be purchased separately ?

I don’t know but my clip for the hose doesn’t hold the water
