It was delivered in perfect condition. I've been using this alhpa lipoic acid for a while. My doctor recommended it. It has helped to lessen the sciatica pain. It's easy to swallow and has no taste.

I like that this company used glass bottles for their products however I do wish they would find a way to ship that did not use plastic. The other thing about this product specifically is the weird amount in the bottle. Its not enough if you want to take 2 capsules a month or even three which I currently do so I have to buy 2 bottles to get enough product for the amount I want to take. Wish they would offer more options in terms of amounts of the product. I might look at the 600mg option to see what options they offer for those, I got the 200mg so I could take it in 3 doses, one with each meal but like I said I had to purchase 2 bottles to have enough product to last me the month. I do think they off good quality products for the price.

The bottle slipped out of my hand and shattered all over the counter contaminating the rest of the capsules with glass shards. I prefer glass bottles but these are different than other brands that are more sturdy and don't break easy.

I found this product helpful. Best taken in the morning, either 30 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after. Avoid taking it at night as it may affect sleep.
