Not healthy but very tasty
I bought this because I read somewhere that this was a healthy cocoa. Once I got the product I saw it was processed with alkali, which destroys he cocoa's nutrients. However, after baking cookies with it, I found it to be a very superior product to what you find in your local grocery store. Amazing taste!
