Helpful way to take a vitamin
Decided to take my B12 in liquid form as too many companies think ingesting talc is ok. I disagree. However it seems like a little too much sugar and red dye in this particular brand may not be a good trade off. The flavor is great. The color will leave a mark if it gets on cloth. The liquid seems thicker than other brands I have tried. Much easier and more absorbable I believe than a pill form of B12.
