What is the test range?

Scale reads from 30 to 150 lbs, but usable range is of course less than that. You can read the range on the photo on Amazon, by the way. They make another one that has a higher range (91132, I believe). I have both as one is for v-belts and the other is for micro v belts. You could go to their website and read all about them.

Is it can be used for heavy equipments tha t use spb &spc v-belts such as pulper (mill)

Will this work on a canam spyder f3s -2017 ?

Assuming it has a gates belt and you know the "should be" tension and you have access to the belt it should work.

can this gauge be used to measure mower belt tension?

I think mowers are 10lbs, this measure 30lbs+. A motorcycle gauge might work. See “OTC 4748”
