This is an impressively well-designed QUICK REFERENCE for instant pressure cookers. What this chart does is to very clearly map out manual cooking times (all at high pressure), the ratio of liquid to individual foods, and the proper valve release (quick or natural). This is strictly for pressure cooking, not slow cooking. It is not a guide to all the features and buttons on your pressure cooker. It is not a cookbook with recipes. If you understand its purpose and read it carefully you will find it an invaluable resource. Note that color coding is part of the instructions. It’s a huge amount of information very cleverly presented so that you don’t have to keep all those picky details in your own head. Well done!

The instant pot chart is easy to use as a fast resource to use for cooking many meats, rice, pasta, yogurt, beans n other sources of food correctly in your instant pot purchase. It is all labeled with easy color coded access for a quick reference to prepare meals for your instant pot appliance. I am very impressed 👏 by my current purchase. The magnet or hook festure is a added great feature to the chart to hang up or use on your refrigerator. I highly recommend this product chart. Easy to use, read and understand the chart folks, as well as creating your own personal preferences for recipes!! Great item for beginners!

It's OK. It does have a large list of items, but too many acronyms and footnotes. I spend more time trying to find the specifics without referring to my IP user manual. It is well constructed of coated cardstock or plastic pages(?). If I had it to do over, I probably wouldn't buy it.

One of those impulse buys after getting our first air fryer. Had it about 2 years now, it's still ( by magnet back) attached to my fridge but I never use it.
