This is my first time using any creatine suppliment so I am not the best person to advice but i ordered the fruit punch flavour and it tasted like Buble gum. I personally like the taste so I didn't mind having it

After 2 months of usage I would like to share how this has affected my fitness goals and overall physique. 1. The muscle recovery and the boost in energy that you get during the workout after taking this is quiet large and easily noticable. 2. After two months of usage I can say that my overall strength has increased by a commendable amount compared to the progress I used to get without creatine. 3. Even though I don't concentrate on bulking per say and am a firm believer in functional training as a former MMA practioner I was able to attain quiet a sizeable amount of muscle bulk ( not that I am complaining) during these two months. 4. Lastly, the only problem that I used to face only sometimes was that of feeling bloated. Now I used to recover from feeling bloated as soon as I reached the middle(peak) of my workout but then again I never understood why this happened.

Brought and used it for two weeks. Got a Stomach Ulcer. After recovering. Used it again for a week. Got Stomach Ulcer again. After recovering again, Used it again for another two weeks. Well guess what happened? Got Stomach ulcer again. Threw away the rest. Mind u I ate clean and drank a lot of water and never had any problem before taking the creatine. Started getting ulcer only after consuming this creatine. Get creatine better somewhere else instead of Muscle Asylum. Tasted bad as well. Also doesn't dissolves properly in water with lumps remaining.

Using creatine from last 7 years and this is my 5th brand of creatine monohydrate, picked because of flavour, reviewing after 13 days of use. . Flavour is good and mix well but I think creatine in it is less ( brand claims 4g scoop have 3 grams creatine ) but It felt to me it's 1 gram per serving and 3 gram sugar and flavours . Took 20 grams creatine for 7 days for loading compared to other creatine didn't load well and only little bit strength boost compared to other , from last 6 days took 5 grams creatine (Around 2 scoops) but results feels like I am taking 2 grams. So i prefer this to begginers

This is my 5 th purchase of this product honestly it is the best value for money compared to every other brand out there and you also get flavored creatine at this price which is great I have not noticed any performance drop in the gym when I switched to this brand which means it's pretty good imho and light on the wallet as well its 👍 from myside

I liked the service of Amazon and the seller .1st bottle was without manufacturing and expiry date and the moment I placed for replacement the request was considered immediately and I received the new bottle next day with all the details marked .

The product seems to be made of low quality materials. Wouldn’t buy this again. Companies like Muscleblaze or Optimim Nutrition or Bigmuscles Nutrition are much better in terms of quality and taste.
