This cabbage peeler works spectacularly well and arrived as expected in packaging from Japan. I believe the price is fair and reasonable. This wider peeler seems durable, has a comfortable grip, is easy to clean and saves time It swiftly and easily shreds cabbage with very little effort. Easy to handle and store. Shreds cabbage and honestly is as easy or easier than using the food processor because set up and clean up time is significantly less. Requires minimal effort to use. Super happy. Quality peeler. Simple and effective.

We’ve eaten more cabbage slaws, in salads, soups stir fry, egg rolls and tacos! Easy to use and clean up! I love it and take it with me when I travel and know I will be cooking a lot ! Delicious finely shedded cabbage shedded at home is cheaper than purchasing a bag of finely shedded cabbage! Great price and value!

This is hands down the best peeler I’ve ever owned, and I come as a 65 year veteran of hand peeling vegetables!! I’ve used this on cabbage, potatoes, carrots etc. If it can be peeled, this will peel it in seconds. It glides effortlessly over the veggies. Takes a little finesse to do a whole cabbage, but I love how soft and fine the pieces are. I’ll shred a half of cabbage at a time then seal the shreds with my perfect chef sealer. I use it every morning to cook my Japanese breakfasts. I love this so much I’m buying a second before the price goes any higher. Now I’ve had this peeler maybe a year and it’s never dulled or broken. Buy one! Or two!!

Great kitchen gadget. Well made and does the job I need it for. Should last a long time and it is at a good price.

Purchased it after seeing some many people online say how useful an item it was. I eat cabbage often so it is definitely handy. The handle was super weird to look at but it made sense when I started using it. Easy to hold and great tool for peeling. The size of your cabbage definitely depends on how good the item will work for you though, especially if you don't need shredded cabbage often.

PLEASE USE WITH CUT RESISTANT GLOVES. The product is very sharp, and I am pretty good with sharp utensils, but with this product I got a really bad cut and ended up going to the hospital. Do not leave it where kids might use it thinking it is a regular peeler.

Love it. Shreds small strips. Easy and fast. Bought 2 more for each of my friends. One took it with her to a dinner and made slaw for it and the people there were amazed. So silly.

I cannot wait for the sauerkraut that I made with this tool to be ready to eat!!! I made caraway seed kraut and I’m pretty excited about the very thin style of cabbage!
