Don't tighten it
It's very good quality for the price of 177. Initially I was trying to keep it tight to keep my wrist from moving at all. Which was causing numbness in my thumb and hand. Than I figured out, that you just need to wear it comfortably not tight. It will be comfortable to wear and will also restrict 70% of wrist movement. And it will help you recover quickly from the sprain or injury.

Uncomfortable
Highly recommend not buying this. It helped my wrist pain, but it made my thumb start to hurt worse than my wrist. It's too tight around the thumb (if it's any looser it will not help wrist pain), not breathable enough, and just overall uncomfortable. Better to just buy a normal crepe bandage.
