Very great product with a small flaw
I have purchased this item twice now due to having a wood stove in my house and battling dry sinus /headaches. It works wonderful however I do agree with other reviews that the nose piece does get blocked which causes water to trap underneath it and drain out wasting a lot of the product. I personally remove the nose piece and blow air thru it with my mouth, wash it and reattach it before every administration. This helps to clear the blockage and prevents fluid backing up and draining out. The product itself is great!

The mister spray nozzle didn't work correctly and it is a non-returnable item.
I ordered this product at the advice of my nurse. However, when I opened it and tried to use it, saline pours everywhere from the base of nozzle, in addition to the mist that came out the top of the nozzle. Very disappointing!

Natural ingredients
The product is wonderful, but the packaging was defective. I had to use it near a sink because it leaks. Besides this inconvenience, it wastes a lot of the product. I used it after septoplasty and it really helps a lot. They need to improve the packaging because the product is valuable. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the packaging, not the product itself.
