Easy to install great water pressure
This is not my first bidet but it is my first bidet attachment. If you are on the fence about bidets this is a great one to start with. You can keep your toilet seat and it’s super easy to install and very powerful. For those who haven’t used a bidet before, they’re amazing for actually cleaning your tush all the way… the feeling of having to use toilet paper after using a bidet is.. disgusting. The install is really easy. Use a screw driver and your few hand to remove the two hardware pieces holding the toilet seat down. These are under the latches behind your toilet seat. You’ll need to hold the piece of hardware under the toilet while you screw it loose. No need to loosen it all the way. Once you can raise the seat up, you slide the bidet attachment in, center it, and retighten the seat down. Then turn off the water supply to your toilet and flush, wait a minute to let the water run, place a towel under the supply to the toilet and twist with your hand or a wrench. The one they provided me didn’t fit my toilet so I had to find one that did. Once the tube is out, you add their connector and the connector to the bidet. (Do the bidet connector before you reconnect to the toilet). Then reconnect to the toilet and turn the water main back on. If they aren’t leaking you’re all set. If it is leaking, use their provided tape on the inside of the leaking tube’s threads. If you want to see the magic, get some plastic wrap and wrap the toilet bowl (lid up) and turn the bidet on. Warning, if the wrap is too thin/weak you may get your place sprayed.) To use the bidet properly takes a few uses but I suggest sitting as far back on the toilet (legs together so it doesn’t spray through them), and wiggling forward till you feel the spray where you need it :). Overall great product, super easy to setup and use. Great water pressure. Seems durable. Has a self clean feature but I haven’t needed it. I’ve reinstalled them like 4 times, quick 10-20min process (mine only takes so long cause I don’t have the right size wrench).

Simple and easy install & use!
I'd definitely buy this again! After trying it myself, I ended up purchasing four—one for every bathroom in my home and one for my elderly mother's condo. It has made a noticeable difference for her, especially with her limited mobility. She says it helps her feel cleaner and more independent. Installation was surprisingly easy and took just a few minutes. The instructions were clear, and everything needed was included. I was concerned that the room-temperature water would feel too cold, but it actually feels refreshing and comfortable—even in cooler weather. Before buying this, I'd tried a couple of electric bidets. While they had extra features, I didn't like the bulky design, the smaller toilet seat, or the sloped angle. I even considered spending thousands on a smart toilet, but after using this, I'm so glad I didn't. For the price, the value is outstanding. Even if it eventually wears out after years of use, replacing it would still cost far less than an expensive electric bidet or smart toilet. If you're on the fence, I'd say give it a try. I only wish I'd discovered these sooner—I first used one at someone else's home and immediately realized what I'd been missing. Now I can't imagine not having one, and every bathroom in my house has one. Highly recommended!

Great Product to install and use; will wait for longevity
I discovered easy-to-install add-on bidets about twelve years ago in a hotel in Melaka, Malaysia. Since then, I've owned five: (1) an American version of the (Japanese) Toto Eco-Washer that I saw in that hotel; (2) several Blue Bidet BB-1000's; (3) a dual nozzle Bio Bidet Slim Edge; and now (4) this one to replace (3), which broke down after three years. This product seems the best thought-out and designed of all—with by far the best instructions, in fluent native-level English—and by far the easiest to install. The instructions even explained several variations of US "standard" plumbing that should accommodate nearlyany standard toilet. The operating design is by bar the best for cleaning the mechanism and keeping it clean. A small, white plate protects the nozzle when retracted, and I think that's all you need clean regularly. Just a swipe or two of the old toilet brush should do it. But you can also extend the nozzle to clean it, too. (I haven't yet tried this.) In addition, there's a separate dial for the cleaning mode, which waters the nozzle (and the plate?) for cleaning. You can use this even while sitting on the toilet. Best of all, the whole apparatus bends back on hinges to allow you to clean the toilet under-edge behind the bidet. (This part of our toilet had accumulated some really disgusting black sludge, which may have been hose detritus or even black mold. Now I think it will never darken our bowl again!). Installation was also well thought out. I brought out a bunch of tools from my toolkit and only needed one—a long handled screwdriver to tighten my pre-existing toilet-seat bolts after installation. The product itself contained all the wrenches you need to install the device, include a special thumb wrench permanently mounted on the bidet hose, which you can use to tighten each end by hand. The nice little secret of this device (and most modern plumbing) is that you don't need any big heavy wrenches. All the plumbing fixtures included, as well (probably) as the nut on your existing toilet tank supply, work just like garden hoses. Each has an interior rubber washer that seals against the interior metal without your straining to tighten anything. You only need to watch out for two things. First, make sure the washer for each joint hasn't somehow slipped out before joining the parts. Second, be careful to align the two threaded parts to be joined gently, and not to cross the threads. If the threads are aligned right, you will never have to exert more than easy finger pressure to wind the nut on, until it gets close to tightening. In fact, I never used a wrench at all, other than the finger one supplied on the input hose. I hand-tightened everything, and there were no leaks. (If you're obsessive-compulsive like me, you can put a paper towel down after installation and see whether any drops show up in the next day. If so, just tighten a bit more.) Total installation time took 32 minutes, with less than an hour including the first test and clean-up. You needn't fear installing this yourself if you have any mechanical skill at all. On my previous dual-nozzle Bio-Bidet Slim Edge (before it broke down) the stream for pooping was so strong it hurt my anus, so I had to shift forward and use the dual (supposedly female) nozzle. In contrast, this bidet had tolerable stream pressure up to the end of its range. I noticed only two minor things that might be improved. First, the stream seemed a little spray-ey, but I'm sure we can get used to that. Second, the little supplied thumb wrench on the stainless supply hose was put in backwards, but it could still be used on both ends. The only thing we might worry about with this product is longevity, and for that we'll just have to wait and see. At the moment, just after installation and first test, it seems the clearly best of the breed, and at a good price.

Helps with hemorrhoids
I bought this product as I had a large external, sometimes bleeding hemorrhoid. Normal cleaning was not always effective and painful. This model was easy to install, appreciate the hinge to clean under. It does allow for adjustment of the bidet but still found the spray was at least an inch too far to the front wear I typically sit. I installed this on an elongated seat so I just need to move forward to get the correct location. Some other brands do have an adjust front to back on the controls that this brand does not. I could put something like a quarter underneath the corners of the bidet arm to move the spray about 1/4". It would be a little tedious when first serting up but the designers could have the spray post on a screw where each clockwise rotation would move the spray toward the rear. I was initially concerned but please to find the amount of pressure was smooth and precise. (I'm glad there is not just medium and high pressure) I only use at lower pressure to insure no pain or added blood for both pre and post hemorroidectomy surgery. The company does know adding this product will raise the rear part of the toilet seat but did not provide stick on bumpers to level the front. I was able to find a pair of bumpers at a Walmart store at a cheaper price. The model is attractive, easy to set up, glad of self cleaning, functional and reasonably priced with a 2 year warranty. If the spray location could be adjusted it would 5 stars. Note this model is only cold water and can be more of a shock to get used to.

Great Upgrade From Neo 120!
We used the LUXE Bidet NEO 120 for several years and thought it was a great product. The NEO 120 Plus is even better. These are great products from a great company! Depending on your toilet set-up, the 120 Plus may be easier to install as you can slide it in without fully removing your toilet bolts; for us we had to remove the toilet bolts anyway to take out the old one so as far as the ease of install it was about the same. The big benefit is the smaller footprint that the NEO 120 Plus has on the back of your toilet bowl and (especially) the fold-up hinge, which allow for much easier and more thorough cleaning. Very appreciated! The kit comes with everything you would normally need for install, including a bunch of nice touches such as plastic gizmos on the connecting tubes that make it easy to tighten and loosen the connectors (typical design thoughtfulness and thoroughness from the folks at LUXE). FIVE AND A HALF STARS OUT OF FIVE

Simple design. Works well. Affordable .
Love it so far. I would recommend buying this if you are on the fence. Fairly easy to install. We did have to order the bumpers from the Luxe store to put under the toilet rim but everything has worked great and I think this will be a big help for our septic system

Good product at a good price!
Easy to install, works perfectly. I don’t know how long it will hold up under normal wear and tear but the price is good so I would have no problem replacing with same product. I especially like that it fits using the existing seat. I wasn’t sure about getting a non-heated one as the thought if a cold stream of water hitting my back side was a bit concerning. Turns out it’s not a big deal. The stream of water can be quite strong so start off slowly.

It's not weird
I know this is probably cliche, but this bidet is life-changing. I had never used a bidet before, and they are amazing. It is easy to use, clean, and a great value. Set-up is theoretically easy, but I had to argue a little with the company to get a replacement hose. I understand that user error is much more likely than hose error, but I really went through all of the troubleshooting steps. They eventually agreed to send me a new hose by pony express (I got it 3 weeks after I got the bidet) and it works flawlessly.

Does not fit Australian fittings
Should not be sold in Australia as the connectors do not fit our plumbing. The T connector needs to be 1/2 inch (where it connects to toilet and water inlet hose). You won't be able to find what you need at bunnings or plumbing shop btw as the fitting that connects the hose to the actual bidet is a different size again and completely non standard. Luxe do not have an exact 1/2 inch t adapter replacement part for this model... The work around provided by luxe (free of charge though you pay postage) is the hot water t adapter (you can use it with cold) with a plasticky hose. (Parts can be found on luxe website). Everything is now working. But I had to waste a lot of time finding the solution! Not to mention waiting a long time for second package to arrive. If you're outside of US be aware of differences in plumbing sizes. AliExpress products appear cheaper and with correct fittings provided for different countries. Personally go there next time... Update: little plastic hose popped off fottong and nearly flooded bathroom. Not suitable for Au, returned

Pipe fittings are not compatible with South African measurements
Appears to be a good quality item but the pipe fittings do not fit standard South African fittings. Converters are not readily available.

Great product
Like one of the reviews I read before I bought mine - possibly one of my best purchases! It's a life changer. Easy to install, just be really careful with the plastic threads.
