Game changer for better sleep!
This is a game changer! I have difficulty getting to sleep without a TV on and if I wake up in the middle of the night, it’s hard to get back to sleep. My husband can’t sleep with the TV on. Anyway, it created anxiety for me and my sleep quality suffered. I put it on when I go to bed and listen to the included sleep sounds (some good some not). If I wake in the middle of the night I usually connect to my phone and put a sleep podcast on and fall back to sleep quickly. It took me a while to figure out how to work the controls without consulting the instructions in the middle of the night. The voice instructions are not easy to understand due to accent but after I did it a few times it didn’t matter. It blocks out the light very well. I don’t even realize the sun is up in the morning! Sound quality is good. I don’t need high quality for this purpose. I could use one that is slightly smaller though. The area that accommodates the bridge of the nose feels like it is made for a larger head/face and I occasionally need to adjust where the earphones sit. Also I’ve occasionally had sore ears where they sit. But if I plump up my pillow it solves that problem. It charges quickly and lasts all night long. I’ve had this for more than 3 months and give it 5 stars — even with the things noted above.

Great product
Love this item, can link to apps on your phone or use the built in sounds. The item has its own timer so it's not on all night. Comfortable, can't feel the speakers etc while you sleep. Fits comfortably over the face. No weird smell of a new product. Very happy with this purchase worked a dream.

Für meine zwecke funktioniert es tadellos, der sitz könnte etwas besser sein, ich muss ab und zu die Seiten mit den Kopfhörern Richtung Ohr schieben.
