i just got my first acoustic drum set and i had these tin can sounding cymbals i wanted zildjians but i dont have that money and any packs i couldve afforded didnt have the cymbals i needed with this pack you get pretty much everything you need to start on everything about these cymbals are good only downsides are you do need to put some tape on them to dampen them they have to much ring and almost sound like a gong,the hi hats are very bright but at the right hight they sound pretty well,but its a 100$ cymbal pack what more can you ask for something has to be bad and it happens to be the high hats. im a metal drummer and hit pretty hard and play pretty fast music and these actully do the job dont expect zildjian sound because its not even close buts they sound like real cymbals better then the no name cymbals that probaly came with your drum set all in all i would recomend these there a solid set of cymbals for your first set to get you set up and going their pretty durable and the ride has a big nice bell the ride sort of sounds like a dark ride.

I was very skeptical of these cymbals. I had never heard of of the brand before. I figured if I don't like them I can always return them. I have a 7 pc set of zildjian custom A's that sound excellent for my most prized kit. I have a smaller warmup kit with a 4 pc set of meinl HCS which is meinls most affordable line. They sound ok for what they are being basically student grade. So when I purchased this pack of Hariesis for a third kit i came across, I wasn't expecting much but cheap cymbals. I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised of how good these sound. They aren't near Zildjian custom A quality, but I think they sound better than the meinl HCS and any other entry level set I've tried. The alloy material is better quality than I had expected. I feel they are definitely a very good buy for beginners and competitive to mid grade cymbals. I think they're definitely good value for the money.

The crash cymbals sound great for a cheap set. They really fit the criteria for their size. The only thing that sets me back from giving it a 5 star is the Hi-Hats. Their sound is way too bright. They could be flatter on the design so that they can sound more soft when flat. When I put them together it sounds like I’m hitting $3 ride cymbal. It doesn’t sound like they are touching at all when put together. Other than that this is a perfect set.

Immediately upon unboxing, I found myself just looking at and enjoying the texture of the cymbals! The rich dark golden tone with polished riveted reflections truly is a Joy to look at! And the sound is much richer than I was even hoping for! I like to play heavy with 2B sticks and the HaiRiesis cymbals sound awesome, covering a large and enjoyable (subtle) tonal range during heavy hits, and they sound as crisp as you would want for tight hi-hat beats. I wish to thank HaiRiesis for offering this beautiful (actually "exquisite" in appearance and tone!) full set at such a reasonable price. The seller mentions being part of an ancient lineage of gong-making, and it does show in the quality, durability, appearance, and tone of this cymbal set! ♥ Rama, South West Florida

These are decent quality and will last awhile, but there's some issues. The hi-hats sound terrible. If I drilled a hole in the middle of two round pizza pans and used those instead, they would probably sound better. If you can look past that, the rest of the cymbals are actually pretty good. They do need to be dampened with tape or something. And I mean they NEED it. The larger crash is basically a gong if you don't dampen it. However, once I dampened them with some electrical tape, they sound really good. So for the price + a $1 roll of electrical tape, you get a pretty nice ride, a decent 18" crash, and really nice 16" crash(this is the best cymbal in the set), plus two 14" frisbees because that's all the hi-hats are good for. Altogether, you're not gonna find a deal like this on name brands, so either save up for something better, or get these and a set of brand name hi-hats and a roll of tape.

Excellent cymbals set fof the price. Not the best sounding, but decent set for a practice drumset. It's not necessary to hit hard to play drums, but important to use proper techniques to get the sounds you want to hear.

Surprised with the sound and durability of these I smash hard on these and no bends or dents at all. Great symbols for a cheap price. A1

I thought the sound of the symbols were bad very dissatisfied with them even though they’re cheap they’re not worth it

Excelente sonido

Great cymbals. Bought them for my son for Christmas he plays pretty hard so far they seem to be holding up amazing.. I'm not musically inclined but he's done a little tweaks to them with electrical tape and such to help muffle or tweak the sound if you will..

Muy buenos platillos para el precio valen la pena, se ven resistentes y con un acabado bonito. Muy buen sonido tienen los crash me gustaron mucho y aceptables el ride y los hit hat. Muy buenos para la práctica y más. No le piden nada a los meinls hcs o sabían sbr.
