nbpure MagO7 Natural Colon Cleanse & Detox (30 Capsules)

Although not inexpensive, Mag07 is a terrific & thorough colon cleanse product. I've been using it on & off for decades, long before the advent of shopping on Amazon. If not for the price, I'd keep at least a small bottle of capsules in my medicine cabinet along with charcoal caps & a brand of grapefruit see extract (eg: Nutribiotic) for upper & lower GI health & emergencies. Although long interested in the benefits of having a routine certified "high colonic" cleanse annually, I find Mag07 is a pretty decent alternative. I learned about oxygen therapies in the late 1980s & had personal experience utilizing food grade H202 (which I understand was something the late famous heart transplant doctor, Dr. Christian Barnard, employed personally daily for arthritis until it damaged his stomach lining). Anyway, Mag07 is a safe and effective way to cleanse one's colon. I've never used it on a daily basis & not in the typical extended body cleanse method since I first bought it in the early to mid 1990s. When used as directed, it does an excellent job of flushing out the colon (make sure you have quick access to the WC when using it! LOL!). I've NEVER experienced any of the negative laxative side effects (cramps) when taking Mag07, which makes it a great alternative for those who dread those side effects. Combining Mag07 with a periodic "cleanse" diet is definitely a great way to go (literally & figuratively), whether once a month or a few times a year, depending upon one's needs and desired benefits.

I have tried powders, pills, Milk of Magnesia (most successful), etc., but am typically left with little success or cramping. I’ve had success with it on the days I’ve taken so haven’t felt the need to do a cleanse. I also like the package options provided on how to take to fit your need. The capsules are easy to swallow, making it a convenient product to keep on hand. I also like that it works overnight, which makes it easy to fit into a nighttime routine. I bought a 90-day supply and do not feel that it is “pricey” because it actually works! Since I only take as-needed, this bottle will probably last me close to 9 months. Overall, nbpure MagO7 has been an effective product for occasional constipation support. It is gentle, convenient, and effective when used as directed. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple digestive aid to help maintain regularity. I highly recommend this product if you’ve tried everything else (or even if you haven’t)!!

I was sceptical at first. I felt I was wasting more money on something that wasn't going to work. I've tried numerous products that just didn't work. It either worked and caused a lot of stomach upset. Or didn't work at all. I took the three capsules at night with 8 oz of water. I hadn't even finished my first cup of coffee before it started working and continued to work all day long. I had to relieve myself about an hour after eating lunch and dinner. Before, I was having minimal bowel movements. Now, they are really full bowel movements. The only issue I had is that it caused a little bit of reflux in the morning when I got up. I will definitely keep using the product.

Amazing pills. I’m so happy to be able to find them here and not have to go to stores that sell supplement. I first learned about them when I was following the JJ Smith 10 day green smoothie diet and after that I’ve always stuck with them. I use the multiple ways if I’m really feeling like I need an extra push if I make a protein shake or a smoothie in the morning, I will empty one capsule in it and it’s not harsh at all. It’s very gentle. It won’t have you cramping at all not to sound like a commercial that I’m selling it, but I have been using this for years. Be careful with how many you take. I would advise probably not to go with as many as they suggest in the beginning because everybody system is different maybe try one at night and pay attention to your body for the next 24 hours or so then if you feel as though you can handle more go for that.

Truly amazing! Best product I’ve ever used for constipation. Take at bedtime and wake up and go smoothly. No cramping, no side effects. Works like a charm

I struggle with constipation as a side effect of SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth) and low-motility. This supplement has become a staple for particularly bad episodes. It works best if taken overnight on an empty stomach. Sometimes causes cramping and pain, but also relieves gas pains by getting things moving. Doesn't have a particular smell or after-taste, but if I'm already feeling sick it gives me a little reflux.

This product has transformed my life. I’m 73 and for the first time in my life I am regular! It doesn’t cause diarrhea like most Magnesium I’ve tried in the past. It (along with a probiotic) just helps with daily, normal bowel movements.

So I’ve had these tablets now since May , I have ibs so bowel movements are not a regular occurrence most of the time. For a couple of days every other week I would take 5 capsules at night with 12oz of water ( some times a lot more water) , they worked in helping me have a bowel movement but not enough to eliminate the back up . Anyway that was until I took 5 last night with coke cola ! About 15 oz to be exact . Boy did that work ! It was like the great Nile , yep brown and watery ( sorry tmi) and nope it didn’t stop after one visit , it went on all day long . I’m pleased to say I am light as a feather and feeling so much better. It never caused any stomachache/ cramping like most laxatives. So if you’re like me and still having problems after days of taking the full dose of 5 capsules with enough water to sink the titanic , next time try it with coke cola and make sure you have nothing planned that whole day so you can be in easy reach of the toilet. Another thing I found was taking them with water it took up 10/12 hrs to work, with coke cola it took 5 hrs to start and endless hours to stop. Everyone is different and it depends on how constipated you are on how long it takes before it comes to and stop . Pretty much like moviprep ( colonoscopy laxative) but without the disgusting taste.

This works wonders. Really does detox you so make sure you don’t have to go anywhere if you know what I mean. Gentle on the stomach but works!
