This is my first time trying Citicoline. The quality seems good and I absolutely love the flavor. It's kinda taste like a lemon drop but not as sour. Concerning effectiveness, I feel it does what it is suppose to but the effect is very subtle. It seems to slightly ease my brain fog so I can think more clearly and focus a little better. I haven't noticed any negative side effects nor have I noticed any improvement in my sleep which I was hoping it would help with.Overall I like this supplement however given the cost, I am not sure if a will purchase again. I know the company has a great reputation as it's located in my home state and I trust the quality of the ingredients however I still think their supplements are overpriced at least 20% more than what i think they are worth.

It has a tart lemony flavor that is slightly sweet and I found it to be pleasant.It is good to know that for some people that are vegetarian or require gluten free or soy free products that this will be a good fit for you.I have been using it now for just under a month and can say that I do feel slightly clearer in my thinking and processing. I cannot say for sure that taking this product is the cause of that. I'm going to wait until I consume the entire bottle to make a clear cut determination if the bottle is as effective as they state it should be.

I found it very tolerable though. You can stretch this out for a two months supply if you are taking one dose a day, if you take two doses a day, it should last you about a month. It is well known that liquid supplements are more readily and quickly absorbed into the body. I like this aspect. It is difficult to judge the effectiveness of this supplement or any other, without some scientific or medical testing, but I do seem to be a bit more focused in general, after having taken this supplement for a bit. I also seem to feel a bit more engaged.
