For flat feet use pcs sole it won't worked for me

Incredible insole. They are really phenomenal and helpful. Ease of use is clearly there, especially when you know your true foot size. The real value though is that the quality feels way more than this product costs. When it’s in your hands and once you start walking with it, you can tell that there’s solid thickness and construction to it. It does help with pain relief, soreness, and stability. As someone who over-pronates, these did help an incredible amount and made some shoes easier to walk in. I’d gladly recommend this to friends and family.

Like many buyers of this product, I was in need of a stiff arch support: something that's not going to easily flatten out. These do indeed have a stiff black plastic support which covers about half of the sole. In one review I read the person was disappointed that these were not more like WalkHero. I looked at WalkHero and it seemed that their best arch support looked like this product at about 2 the price. I went ahead with trying these and I've been very satisfied with the arch stiffness, quality and overall value!I was also concerned that I might have to trim these to fit. I purchased according to my shoe size and there was no trimming necessary.

I first opened the box &thought that the insoles looked comfortable yet had some support . I wasn't wowed but felt the quality was good....I trimmed them and put in my sneakers and walked for 20 seconds and removed my shoes.With my plantar fasciitis and joint/tissue pain my feet are in agony unless I am asleep. I also have SI joint pain which is constant.Later in the evening I decided to work out so I put my shoes back on. I did my workout and I noticed with the insole that perhaps I needed a little more arch support, but other than that they were comfortable and I like the support. I wore them for about 40 minutes during cardio. What I wasn't expecting is when I took them off my feet felt pain free and normal. My feet haven't felt that good in years. Now I'm super bummed out because I know it's not going to last and I wish there was a way to use these with every type of shoe.I wasn't given anything to write this review- I'm actually pretty shocked that these work so well. I'm going to be getting a second pair very soon, if you have plantar fasciitis I would recommend these!

These insoles are awesome! I have high arches and they provide amazing support and last for months. I’m a nurse working 12 hour shifts and go to the gym on days off- I’ve even washed them in my shoes multiple times and the quality didn’t diminish. Thumbs up.
