This is an incredible coffee table. Very attractive for this type of steel and wood design which is what I was looking for. It is very well constructed and easy to assemble in a few minutes. I needed something very sturdy with no wobble and this design exceeded my needs. One can infer this from the weight allowances listed in the desciption and I can definitely attest to this. It is also very well packed. The outer box had a number of minor tears and dents but everything inside was pristine. I did an exhaustive search, narrowing down from about 15 options to this one. The steel legs do not budge and are extremely sturdy. The wood surface is very heavy and solid. This price was also excellent with the 15% off coupon on Amazon. I can very very highly recommend this table!

My boyfriend and I absolutely love this new coffee table. As someone who has put together my fair share of build-your-own type furniture, this was probably one of the easiest pieces of furniture I’ve ever put together. So easy! I had it together in less than 10 mins. It’s great quality and feels sturdy. I love the real wood look and color of the wood as well as the metal industrial bottom shelf. A nice touch was that it came with these screw on feet that are a soft plastic so they won’t scratch up your floors. It’s also light weight enough to move around when needed but heavy enough to obviously stay in place as a table should. The bonus storage metal bottom shelf is great perk too for style but also for storing whatever you need. As a side note we also purchased two of the matching side/end tables and they really do match perfectly with this table, with no weird differences in colors and the quality on the other tables are exactly the same as this table. Overall I feel like these tables are very fairly priced for what you get and I would 100% buy again and recommend!

I was very hesitant to make a purchase based off of the price. It's not very often you can get a high-end look and feel from a table less than $100. After reading all the reviews, my hesitation was increased with potential issues in shipping and handling care as well as overall packaging of the product. As of now, I have absolutely zero complaints. I needed a small table for the waiting room I was creating in the gym. It is a smaller room that was being wasted before. A table and chairs were the only possible way to go. Wanted something black or darker with metal and this table visually fit the bill. The size is also perfect. When I set it up, I had it in my house and it would fit there as well. First of all, the delivery was on time. The packaging very well done. The main box that everything came in was intact and sealed perfectly. Upon opening the box, each individual piece was wrapped again. All the parts that were needed for assembly were there. Directions are super simple to follow. Only time will tell and how this table holds up, but for my purpose and application, this table is a great buy. It is aesthetically and functionally perfect.

Update: a couple months into owning this piece, I’m overall still happy with it but have downgraded it to 4 stars. Here’s why: Even with the screws tightened, the furniture still feels wobbly. This is easily corrected in design if the manufacturer adds four more screws to each leg and creates more of a flange to the uprights extending along the horizontal pieces. Hopefully they read this and make the update; it’d be cheap and would make the piece far more stable. I have to say, I had some pretty modest expectations for this product. I was using a leather storage bench with a wooden tray on top of it as a coffee table but ain’t nobody got time for that. When I saw this product I was actually pretty attracted to the look (kind of a modern industrial, very simplistic, good proportions, neat lines) and the price was right. I’m in the military and I move around; I’m not concerned with something that isn’t heirloom quality because I know it might get messed up in the next move. Anyhow, the construction is quite sturdy and I was impressed with the accuracy of the fasteners and holes. Normally if you buy a cheaper piece of flat pack furniture, it’s not at all guaranteed that the pieces will fit together smoothly. Assembly took around 10 minutes and moved along a lot faster once two legs were attached (provides better clearance for the hex key to spin freely). The storage space underneath is great, and can easily accommodate a set of drawers if desired. Looks like someone out there is using it as a convenient bulldog storage. The only thing I don’t like about this that might get incorporated into future models would be an selectable height for the storage grill underneath...robot vacuum owners out there, raise your hands if your furniture selection considerations include whether or not your robomaid will fit underneath it.

I needed a cheap coffee table for my apartment. This impressed me. Delivery was quick, as was assembly. I believe there were a total of 20 or 24 screws, total. Very easy. What impressed me the most was, once assembled - I took a step back and looked at it. It was that right combo of industrial metal and fake-reclaimed wood. After nearly 2 months, it still looks good. Note: this isn't real wood - but it's durable. We play cards on this table, games, drinks (no coasters!) and everything wipes up clean. I looked for what seemed like ages for a sturdy, industrial look coffee table that didn’t cost a premium. I decided to give this a try and have been more than impressed. Assembly was easy, I did it by myself, and it’s constructed and fitted together in such a way that putting weight on it makes it more sturdy. There’s no wobble to speak of and even the caging below is made of good stuff, no bending or caving, even though my fat cat likes to hang out there. Looks awesome and is a great usable size.

Gifted to a friend who wanted sturdy tables in the living room so the kids can crawl under in case of earthquake. Bought coffee table and theses side tables and very happy with them, stylish and functional! Worth every penny.

For YEARS I've used a very Expensive Antique Ironing Board as my "Coffee Table". Then, as they often do, Amazon dangled this Vasagle piece in front of my Eyes. I looked...and went back to look again. TWO Words kept me from ordering it on the spot. "Assembly Required". As Clint Eastwood once said: "A Man's got to know his Limitations". However, I hit the Order Button, the Dark Brown arrived 3 days early, I called the Town "Fire and Rescue Squad" to tell them I was gonna "build something" so they sent an Ambulance down...."Just in Case"...(they all know me)..and I got started. Bottom Line, this piece is Fabulous.....and Vasagle has other matching pieces. Easy Directions. No tools required. Very Affordable....and YOU should order one right now. One last thing. I'm a Snob.
