Selling as a pair or 31 each?

If they are so durable why are they easy to cut according to a buyer? what would you cut them with?

I have these on one of my semi trucks. Getting ready to order another set for another truck. They are very durable. Stiff plastic. I had to cut about 6” off of mine. I used a straight edge and a utility knife. Then snapped them
