how do i get the loop through the little holes on the handle?

Do you have a drivers license? If so… yikes! You’re able to operate a 3000+ pound hunk of steel, but putting a string threw a hole is vexing huh.

one can tell from the charging light Either turned color or off could not remember exactly

What is the warranty?

I dunno? But I thought it would be relevant to share that ours did overheat and catch fire near my grand daughter. So a warranty, you should have with this piece of machinery.

Is the portable fan noisy?

It is not noisy at all. Use it on my desk in the office, even when I sleep, no problem, it runs quietly, is perfect personal fan. Satisfied!
