Not using these as intended. That said, these have a nice weight to them. Very well made. The surface is evenly brushed with no variation in depth, width or direction.

Wish I'd just gotten these earlier instead of living with the junk plastic ones for so long! These are heavy duty and I'd be shocked if they don't last a very long time.

My Wolfe rangetop knobs were made with plastic and painted to look metal and began to break one by one 5 years in. Finally after 15 years I had none that worked well so I bought these. They look good, are real metal, and fit. The burner I use the most is slightly harder to turn than the others but I see no sign that it is breaking. These were easy to install and came quickly. They also are easy to clean.

These knobs are far more substantial than the thin plastic originals. We think they also make the controls easier to turn. They are far less expensive than the plastic originals from other sources. My durability rating is what I estimate by heft and claimed materials of the knobs.
