Been conservative with dosage and just got my dexa score. 5% improvement! Even with taking half the recommended dosage! Wanted to make sure I had no side effects. Great product!

This is a great product. My hands and shoulder had pain, due to a touch of osteoporosis . And after taking this, I can feel a difference. It’s repairing the calcium I need in those areas of my bones. I will continue to buy and use this product.

Doesn't give me any digestion problems. Seems to be working toward improving my osteoporosis. Will keep on taking. I like that the label tells you the source of the supplements.
