From a novice—this rocks
I have never done any wood finishing so I’m coming from the perspective not of a craftsman but somebody that just needed to finish a raw piece of wood, a tray in this caseI just needed it to not look and feel raw and to be a little sealed. I just took an old T-shirt, rubbed it on the wood as instructed, waited an hour and then buffed it with the same dry T-shirt, and it is an upgraded item! It looks like a professional finish and I am beyond pleased. If you actually know how to do woodwork you can go to town with this stuff I’m sure. But my lame self was able to get up there with y’all for just a brief moment and finish this piece of wood. Five amazing stars. It also has a nice smell. The application is very forgiving, if you go with the grain you don’t have to worry about streaks or anything like that. If you miss a spot you can just go back over it and then let it dry.

Creamy lotion for your wood pieces.
This INSTANTLY changed my wood piece. I have a 200-year-old milk pourer and it was in bad shape. I did a 220 grit light sand and then rubbed this beautiful thick and creamy lotion all over it. It looks amazing!

Works great
I love this stuff, but I hate the price. $34 for a pint can? Let's get real here. Does everything have to be a rip off these days?Otherwise, for the new buyer: apply a little bit, let it soak in, then buff with a soft rag, repeat. If you can let the piece sit in the sun on a warm day, the coating will cure much faster. Then buff again, and repeat the entire process a few times. The results are worth the effort

Two stories.
This has a lot of wax in it. I applied it at 70 degrees and struggled to wipe this product off. My wife applied it at 87 degrees and high humidity and it looks great!

Fantastic item. Give it a try. You won’t be sorry
Great product! My wood yard items look better than new. Easy to use too.Unfortunately Amazon shipping was not good. Can was dented and leaked due to no packaging on top of the can
