When sizing bracelet does it have the pin&collar or pin only to remove links?

Pin only; very basic. It's secure enough. I did the sizing myself and, since then, it has been over 2 years of frequent wear. No problems there at all.

What is the pin thickness on watchband, not width, but thickness.

I don't have the percision instruments to measure, but I was able to adjust the bracelet with a standard link removal tool.

Would like to confirm that the bracelet is steel also as some of the phtotos shows leather bracelet?

Yes, it comes with a silver steel bracelet. The customer who posted images with a brown leather strap, said in his review that he replaced the bracelet with a leather strap. I don't know why he took so many pictures of his replacement strap, in a review of the watch. But I received mine with the silver bracelet as pictured in the main product description. It is a large, heavy, beautiful timepiece. My favorite watch!
