You will spend more money on "test balloons" than you did on the actual gift.

This thing is huge and too big to be used for holding a balloon open so I can stuff it. Need something smaller.

These do what they are supposed to do but I wanted to fill with water to freeze and this didn’t work for that. They don’t open the balloon wide enough.
