Earpads for Sony MDR-XB950 - Black

Got this for my headphones as the earpads on my old set began to peel. They fit perfectly and it feels like I just got a brand new headphone. The pads are thick and it doesn't interrupt the sound. Installation was pretty easy. Holding up pretty well as I've purchased these a while back. Im glad I know i can replace earpads w/o having to gwt a whole new headphone even if its an older set.

While I do have some newer headphones and earbuds to use, I did not want to simply abandon or stop using my MDR-XB950BTs. My previous earpad cushions started to flake and while they were still entirely usable, it's annoying to have the flakes rub off on to my ears and fall on my clothes. These replacements were easy to install, feel just as comfortable as the OEM cushions, and look just as good as the OEM cushions. Easy to recommend these for anyone wanting to extend the life of their Sony headphones.

I recently purchased the OULWIT Professional Earpads Cushions to replace the worn-out ones on my Sony MDR headphones, and my overall experience has been a mixed bag. On the positive side, I found the earpads to be quite satisfactory in terms of comfort. They have a plush feel, conforming nicely to the ears, which makes for a comfortable listening experience, even during extended periods of use. The material feels premium to the touch, hinting at a product designed to last. However, it was not all smooth sailing. While the product promises compatibility with the Sony MDR series, I found that the fit was not as snug and secure as I had hoped. In my case, I had to resort to using adhesive to ensure they stayed in place during use. It was a bit of a letdown as I expected a perfect fit given they are advertised for the Sony MDR series. That being said, once secured properly, the earpads did enhance my listening experience. They provided a nice seal, ensuring a rich sound output while minimizing external noise - bringing a sort of a rejuvenated life to my beloved headphones. In conclusion, while the OULWIT Professional Earpads do require a bit of a hands-on approach to installation, they offer good value for money, giving a comfortable and high-quality replacement for the original earpads. If you don't mind getting a bit crafty, these earpads could be a great choice for refreshing your headphones.

Perfect fit for my beloved Sony MDR-xb950bt's. I've had them for a number of years and they still work great, but the earpads were done. Wasn't sure I'd find suitable replacement pads, so was doubly surprised and impressed with how terrific these turned out to be. Removing the old pads and putting the new ones on was fairly simple, though recommend you take your time as it's slightly tricky (think tiny steering wheel covers). They have some give as you'd expect, but I can see them tearing if you're too rough with them. Good quality and comfortable; might get a second pair to keep on hand, just in case. Cheers!

Ear pads on older Sony headphone set had deteriorated. Was delighted to learn I could replace the pads myself. Process was a little tricky, as new pads required some careful stretching and maneuvering at the same time to get them up and around each earpiece. Instructions suggested to start with cross seam at top. I found it easier to start with small notch at wire and just slowly work my way around -- tucking tab and pulling cushion portion up and over while stretching sideways just a smidge. An inexpensive repair and they look and capture the sound like brand new. Great buy!!!

have a pair of Sony MDR XB950B1 headphone that needed the ear cushions replaced. thought it was gonna be difficult to replace after watching 2 YT videos on how easy it was. bought them and took about 5 mins each to replace and they feel comfortable and fit perfect.

very nice ,they comfortable and fit perfectly . if have to complain on something is there no color grey and i have to go whit black for my grey 950 bts i recommend 100% and advice to be patient when installing

perfect fit on my 7 years old Sony XB950BT !

The earpads on my Sony MDR-XB950 had lost their springiness and had gone rather flabby. So I needed replacements. The new pads came in a ziplock bag with clear instruction that tell you how to pull off the old pads, and how to position and fix the new ones. This takes strong fingers, and a fair bit of manoeuvring and retrying to get the edges of the new pads fitted into the groove around each earpiece. But be reassured, there is no glue involved, and once fitted the new pads stay in place, feel right, and do the job. My favourite headphones feel and look like new again.

Great value for money. The Sony service centre was charging me double of this for the cushions and another 500 for fitting/service. Got it done myself at home with this product. Sound quality is top and noise cancellation is perfect. Suggestion: please be careful and gentle when fitting the pads into the headphones.
