So far, so good with this replacement toner cartridge. At roughly 20% of the cost of the manufacturer’s cartridge, the value proposition is pretty remarkable. We’re a court reporting agency, and our printers are not casual-use devices - we rely on them heavily to produce certified court transcripts day in and day out. Reliability matters a great deal in our business, because downtime or poor print quality simply isn’t acceptable. This cartridge has continued to perform well, delivering clean, consistent output while dramatically lowering our cost per page. Installation was straightforward, the printer recognized it without issue, and print quality has been perfectly acceptable for professional document production. If it continues performing this way over the full life of the cartridge, it will absolutely become part of our regular purchasing routine.

Since day one, all prints have been faded. I should've returned it. Won't buy again.

This toner fit the Xerox B400 and provided an average amount of printing for my company. This lasted around two weeks and that's standard for the high yield. It ran all the way out and it was legitimately empty. We ordered 10 more and are finishing the last ones this week. These are priced a few dollars higher than the alternatives but we have had good luck with this brand!

We have made several hundred copies so far and have had no issues, way better than spending $200.00 plus on an OEM cartridge. I will get another one for a spare.

My Xerox Versalink B405 instantly accepted this toner with no complaints. Prints look good.
