I have had gut issues and food sensitivities and intolerances for years. It got to the point where there were only a handful of foods I could eat safely. I was miserable with all the restrictions. I’ve been using Healthy Gut products for about a year but hadn’t tried Holoimmune yet. I read someone else’s review…similar symptoms…made me want to try it. I did what the guy had done…started slowly and worked my way up to a full capsule (I started with 1/4 capsule and increased each week by another 1/4). By the time I was up to a full capsule, I was tolerating way more foods. Admittedly I started doing other things (like also using FODZYME and grounding/earthing for an hour daily), but I truly believe Holoimmune has played a significant role in my ability to tolerate and enjoy more foods.

Gave it a decent trial didn't notice any benefit or problem with it
I take quite a few probiotics for specific conditions due to issues with mast cell disorder and immunodeficiency. I tried the use of this product for a couple of months with no noticeable effect at a pretty substantial price. In my case it was not worth it.

10+ years of allergies gone i used to have to constantly breathe through my mouth because my nasal passages were super congested it’s a little expensive but id be lying if i said this wasn’t worth it. I love this company and i love this product.
