Good question… I believe it might encourage hair to grow wherever there’s hair.

How long until your hair starts to grow?

I believe each person is different, however in my case it took about a year for my hair to feel thicker. That said, I did several other things in conjunction with the gummies. I took the recommended dose on the gummies bottle And I also took an additional 5000 unit pill each day. I also used Nexium shampoo, conditioner, and scalp treatment. That was 7 years ago and to this day I take continue to take Biotin supplement every day.
