I don't use these as a supplement but rather as a replacement for the ridiculosly expensive Salt Sticks for distance running especially in the summer months to prevent cramp. Whilst not as nice tasting as the flavoured Salt Sticks these neutral salty tabs can be swallowed whole (they're pretty small) or if you don't mind a slight salty taste will dissolve quickly in the mouth. For their size they have a very high salt content, work well and are priced very reasonably. Recommended.

I bye it because I do not like the electrolyte powder's taste. I use it when I have a headache. Works. Thanks.

So far I find these ones better than the ones you put in water the ones you put in water upset my tummy but I do suffer with IBS so far so good with the tablet ones.

I just wanted to come back and update my review after using these for about a year. I took these consistently for several months, and I can honestly say my cramps disappeared — they really did. I’m a woman in my late 50s, going through menopause and all the changes that come with it, so finding something that actually helped has been a huge relief. About 6 weeks ago, I was nearing the end of my packet and got tempted by one of the newer hydration electrolyte powders you add to water. I thought I’d give it a try and see if it worked just as well. Unfortunately, it was the worst decision! Within a short space of time, my cramps came back — and with a vengeance. I’m now back on a subscription for these and won’t be looking elsewhere again. Don’t get me wrong, I really wish the coating was better because I do sometimes find them difficult to swallow, but the fact that they keep my cramps away makes it 100% worth it. They’ve made such a difference for me that I’m now going to explore what other products are available from this brand as well. I’m definitely sticking with these!

Delivered quickly. Only taken for 2 days & already seen a difference, no cramping at all. I drink a lot of water & banana a day, it’s just not enough to stop cramps although I do sweat a lot. Will buy again.
