Love it its a thick toner.
I Love this toner. This toner is on the thick side but absorbs very nice and smooth. I layer it after a more watery toner. Moisturizes very well. Leaves skin silky smooth.

I gave this a few weeks. The results weren't an improvement in look or texture. If anything, it was the opposite. It feel silky to apply. Sort of sits on the skin, though.
