I have been eying this kettle for a while but not wanting to spend more than $40. After my old plain stainless steel kettle rusted a metal sharp pin away and into my tea, I decided to splurge just a little. So glad I did, this kettle is beautiful and functional.

This looks stunning on my counter. I like the fact that there isn't a huge base with buttons on it. It can hold a lot of water. The handle isn't actual wood. I was worried about it cracking over time, but it's some time of synthetic that looks just like wood. Just beautiful.

It burned the moment I turned it on . Made a huge flame almost burned me . So dangerous , and it’s not compatible with Australian outlets.. I just could’ve be bothered to return it and never asked for my refund . Otherwise overall looked beautiful that’s why I bought it . I wish they made a safer products .

THE PURCHASE HAD A SHORT RETURN TIME LESS THAN 6 MONTHS LATER THE LID FELL APART AND CAN'T BE REPAIRED. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Very dissapointed with this kettle. Bought it in end of May 2023, so we used it about 7 months. Last few months we were thinking about its replacement. So, this kettle is highly NOT recommended to anyone. Design is attractive but that's the only benefit. There are a few same design electric kettles on Amazon with a slightly different price tag but all they are pretty much same kettle. Lot of issues with this kettle: rust inside after 1st month or so, almost impossible to clean mate surface outside, unsafe base, bad cover (water gets inside very often), cheaply made... Don't be sold just by attractive design.

I thought this was the one! But it broke after six months of normal usage. Worse, there is no warranty on this so if it breaks after 30 days you get nothing and the manufacturer tells you to take it up with Amazon. Do not recommend purchasing, this or any Swan products.

Have had it for more than a year and it works great and looks great as well.

So let me start off by saying I did a lot of research when it came to buying a kettle. In the end it came down to 2 different ones and I went with this one. I'm soo glad I did. When it arrived, I followed the instructions to prepare it for first use. The only thing I would recommend is to use half the amount of vinegar as it took more than a few boils to get the vinegar smell out. The filter actually was already in place for me even though the instructions said it may be detached. I have seen many reviews that say the lid is too small that you can't get your hand in to clean it. That was not the case for me. It was wider than I thought it would be and I can get in to clean it when I need to. It is a beautifully designed kettle, I've gotten a lot of compliments on it. Naturally it is hot to the touch after it's boiled water (just common sense for those that complained about that). The level markers on the side are very easy to read and I've had no issues with it spitting out water or anything like that. It does keep its temperature still after about 10 minutes in case you drink your beverage really fast. The on/off switch is very simple and easy to use. There isn't anything that I found to be cheap on this model. I would recommend this product and like anything, i think it will last me a while if it's maintained properly.

Looks good, but I'm not so happy with the capacity and the plastic spout. Also the window to see the water level is really hard to see, especially bad placement under the handle which makes it even more difficult to see. I wish I had stuck to my original option of a glass pitcher.

Kettle works and looks great, handle is nice and lid works great. Definitely boil a couple rounds through before drinking but would do the same for any kettle, would definitely recommend!

This kettle is very aesthetically pleasing to look at. My old kettle had a digital temperature gage so I could see how hot the water was. This doesn’t and I do miss that. But otherwise it is nice and sturdy and easy to clean. I’ve only had it for a handful of days now. It does heat up quickly too. Full kettle of cold water takes 6 minutes to boil. It also has less steam coming out of it then my old kettle which I appreciate- less condensation
