It's WD 40 - what would you expect
I have used WD40 for may different applications over the years always with good results. I purchased the Gel Lube this time to lubricate the tracks on my garage door and it worked great. The gel was good in that it spread slowly and didn't run as normal WD40 would have. The smart straw is a great addition to the dispensing can. Those little red straws were always hiding themselves when they were needed.

Lubes well
The latch on the hatch of my Honda HR-V kept sticking. So much that I stopped using the rear cargo area. One warm day I was finally able to get the hatch to open and I sprayed this WD-40 gel lube inside the workings- and the latch now works as if it was brand new. I guess it needs periodic maintenance, and I'll keep a can of this in the car.

This has pretty much replaced white lithium grease in my arsenal of lubricants
This product intrigued me, and I've been trying it out. I have a Hi-Lift jack mounted on the front of a Jeep. I used this on various lube points. It has stood up to months of exposure to wind and weather, and the gel lube is still there. I used it on the inside of the doors on my classic Chevy truck. My locks, latches, and window regulators are all working smoothly, and the product has remained in place for a good while. I used it on the outside door latches, hood latch, and hood hinges. I was able to get all the hood hinge squeaks to go away, and I don't have white lithium grease residue everywhere. I feel like the jury is still out on this product, but it's looking really good so far. As things stand now, I've used this almost everywhere I would have used spray white lithium grease, and the results are very promising. When I finally use up the original can, I will definitely purchase another.

Excellent Gel Lube !
A really great product that clings to the surface area very well! In my case it was auto suspension parts etc.. links, sway bars etc. general suspension car / SUV / truck parts areas that living in the North East are always subject to a lot of corrosion elements. Also very happy with garage door use, tracks, springs etc., Have purchased two (2) or three (3) times and would highly recommend.

Gel Lube is much better than WD-40 as a lubricant.
I've used WD-40 on some brass bushing motors almost weekly for a few years until I stumbled onto this Gel Lube. The Gel Lube lasts for at least a month and does a better job.
