The fact that my 20 year old is now steaming his own clothes says it all!! My life is made! So easy to use, and I like the fact it is an upright one because it’s easy to use , the steam doesn’t seem to last long but for that reason it does work well and it’s to bother to fill up easily. Not too heavy even when full and the balance of the machine is ok even when full. Great value for money compared to other as it works really well

Brilliant! Best product ever created but water tank is quite small so only does a couple of adult garments until it needs a refill, also quite heavy to hold for long periods.

Really good quality. Definitely does the job without needing an iron. It’s a little heavy, but that was expected. Needs topping up with water frequently, but that’s not a problem. I would recommend this.

For me, setting up an ironing board and iron is a pain. I don’t have the biggest house so it’s just a chore I don’t wanna do! But this is a game changer. I have a hanger on the back of a door, pop the shirts on it and then steam away. The water reservoir realistically will let you do about 5 t-shirts or 3 shirts. Don’t expect it to take out deep-set creases - for that you will need an iron. Same for thicker items like jeans and jumpers; it’ll do a good job at making them presentable but not perfect. I also use it to freshen up garments like a t-shirt I’ve worn once already. Instead of washing it, I’ll use a fabric spray and give a quick steam. Then it’s good to wear again, only around the house though! The cord is a good length so you can plug it in quite far away, or if you hang your items on a clothes horse you can walk around it easily. Also helps with steaming things like the sofa and bed - it can reach most of the way before you need to relocate the plug. The cable is also very thick so I don’t see it fraying or breaking any time soon. The various head adapters are a nice touch, but the coating for the ‘synthetic’ head melted after a few uses. And the one for ‘upholstery’ leaves behind a trail of white fluff. So use at your discretion!

The 3 metre long cord is great, the weight isn't too much even when full but there are a couple of things that will put me off buying this brand again. The water reservoir is awkward to fill without a little jug and a jug is not included in the box (fortunately I have one from a previous steamer) The lint remover has the material glued onto it. Guess what - steam and glue are not a good combination and it's already starting to come off. Bad design for that feature.

Nice looking, and works very well. Creases come out quickly (depends on fabric type). Fairly easy to fill with water and load the tank. No leaks to report so far. Took the same space as a size 10 trainer in my luggage when travelling and isn’t too heavy.

Needed for shirts n linen trousers without having to get the ironing board out. A quick steam on hangers after unpegging from the washing line. Not perfect but adequate for my needs.

Easy to use and fast! Really impressed with the results of this little clothes steamer. It IS a little heavy, but being able to lock the trigger into the on position helps, so I could swop hands. I didn’t need the special gloves that are also advertised, I just hung the garments on the door, held the fabric tight at the bottom and ran the steamer down from the top. It took all the packaging creases out of a shirt and trousers in minutes. I would definitely recommend if you don’t want the hassle of an iron and ironing board.

Great steamer only issue was it came with uk plug so had to buy Australian adapter

I like the fact that the cord is long enough, it steams pretty well but yeah it is heavy if you’re steaming your clothes for more than 5mn you’ll need to switch arm.

Time saving, hassle free appliance. I steamed 2 pieces of clothes that were badly wrinkled and a fabric belt with a deep crease on it (shown on the video below) putting basically zero effort in doing so. It releases a lot of very hot steam per second, hence the good result. Just keep an eye on the water level that needs refill often enough if your clothes are terribly wrinkled. Highly recommended.
