Hola, antes que nada. entiendo que los que estamos o estabamos pasados de peso es por la forma de alimentarse y los problemas emcionales o psicologicos, asi como la cultura propia. intente muchas formas y maneras de como bajar de peso, por cuationes de salud. proble un sin fin de productos y nada, ya habia perdido la fe. me costo mucho tomar de decion de comprar este producto. Finalmente lo hice, me controla la aciedad por comer, eso conlleva a tener control a la comida. y no comer de mas mas que lo necesario se revierte el metabolisnmo. y por lo tal hay motivacion el cual da energia para continuar.
