Defective not working and extremely embarrassing as gifted for a birthday and it didn’t work, so disappointing for the child terrible experience

Damaged product
The side tapping doesn’t work. The box was damaged. I was going to gift it and then decided to keep it for my daughter’s birthday. Now I can’t return it and it isn’t working properly.

I do not recommend to buy anything from this seller (distributor).The seller has delivered a defective item. The item does not work as it is advertised - the tap right/left side does not work. The player does not work on battery. The battery does not charge. Placing the figurine does not activate the playback (playback only works when i disconnect/reconnect the electricity).The speaker was bought as a Christmas present, as a result it was opened after the 2 weeks of the official return slot.When the problem was detected (upon opening and setting up the player), the seller was uncompromising. They refused to replace the item. They refused to deal to rectify the situation.

Charger stopped working after couple of months! This is not acceptable!

Avoid seller - hit & miss
The item was defective! It would only work when on the charger, the side tapping did not work. Even the box was broken when I began unboxing.I should’ve read the reviews before buying, it seems to be a hit and miss as some are pleased, but many buyers seem to have the exact same issues with their items.

Love this Toniebox!!
Bought this for my 13 month old granddaughter! Her whole family loves it! I think everyone should have a Tonie box for their littles! They love it that it is portable, excellent sound quality, stable, fun and it’s so cute! My garddaughter adores the Tonie that goes on top! She has learned so much from it!

This is an amazing toy/music/story player. Children of all ages can enjoy this and I love the fact it doesn’t have a screen but can keep a child entertained for just as long. Only downfall is the cost of each character.

This is a go to for my 3 year old daughter! It is so easy for her to use and one of our most use “toys”.I will be purchasing another for my other daughter’s first birthday.The tonie characters are a little expensive, but we have about 6 that we rotate through and the creative one is amazing to record anything you want. We have recorded some family members saying good night/ reading stories, and some of her favorite songs.
