It’s leaves my entire month feeling completely fresh.After brushing, I washed my month out with water about three times, while swishing the water around from side to side in my month each time.However, I noticed I could see a bit of darkness on my teeth still, because of course it’s charcoal. Then I used warm water from the facet for another wash and also another wash with listerine. Inside me mouth was extra white and my gums extra pink🦷I most definitely recommend this product, and will be purchasing more.It’s worth the cost 💰💵

Need a bigger amount!
Wonderful, Wonderful Wonderful!!! I crack the kernels and then boil/simmer for an hour with, cinnamon sticks (4 to 5) and about a half inch to an inch of peeled and thinly sliced ginger for an hour or so. Taste great, I seem to be cooking up a batch every third day or so.
