In 2020 I ordered this walk-in tub hoping to relieve arthritis pain. It worked well. We sold that house in 2021 and I didn't have a walk-in for a year. My pain became so pronounced, it affected my mobility. I just bought and installed a second tub to reclaim the relief my first tub brought. A person who buys the same product a second time says it all. It's a very safe, convenient tub for any age, but especially for seniors and anyone suffering joint and muscle pain and stiffness. Unfortunately, the extension is relatively unusable in it's current state. The flanges on the tub and extension are not at 90 degrees and there is no way to just screw them together for a good look. Some bracing needs to be incorporated in the design.

Do not buy this product. Once you install the tub, it voids the warranty. The tub leaks and I am out of luck. I've been emailing them for over a month and did not get any help. They do not have a 'service crew' or anyone to come in person and help. Since the tub is installed, it voids the warranty. The tub does not work, and they don't care. Do not waste your money with this tub!

Nice unit but may have to be installed by professionals. Drain not easy to install

I'm very happy with the size of the tub, but the handle broke immediately after installation. Our plumber said i had been held by a single join and needs to be replaced.

We have to send it back because the door doesn’t close properly. It has been a hassle and to hire a plumber and the door doesn’t close, a licensed plumber said this will not work

With being only fitted with one handicap bar, my wife has a difficult time in getting in and out of the tub safely. There should be more bars. 2. The controls for the different functions are very sensitive and one often needs to cycle through or back up to energize the fundtion you want. 3. The Whirlpool jets are very strong and my wife can't use them because they hurt. Even with the so called stength adjustment for the jets, you cannot adjust the strength low enough. She uses the bubble function but not the whirlpool function. 4. With limited flexibility, she cannot immerse herself up to her shoulders under water. She would have to "scunch" down in order to even approach getting her body under water. It would be better with a lower seat. 5. Takes too long to fill with water. 6. It does drain quickly 7. The panels to lengthen the tub to fit the standard space of a bathtub opening, are OK but you cannot add them until after the tub is in place, and then it is absolutely impossible to access the area to put in the nuts and bolts. Very poor design. 8. The front of the tub facing the room after installation is concave, and the door must be "lifted" up to fit the opening and latch properly. Not sure if something was stored on the tub to do this, but not a quality product. If had to do it over again, I would not purchase this tub with all the features. Having the bubbling effect is nice but not the whirlpool function. The tub is not realy a good design for the whirlpool design
