Lion Locs Shampoo Bar Conditioner & Body Wash for Dreadlocks, Braids, All Hair Types | 3-in-1 pH Balanced, Residue-Free, No Buildup

This is my first bar shampoo, and I am absolutely in LOVE. I've been dealing with dandruff and super itchy scalp for a couple months now. 😫 my locs are free form, with loc extensions I made out of kanekalon hair from cyberlox shop. I maintain them with a .6mm crochet hook for grow out and all the fuzz from getting caught on velcro from safety vests, rough plastic hardhats, zippers etc (they get caught on everything lol). I drive truck hauling intermodal containers from a train up to a huge landfill all day, and my hair is down to my butt. It's very heavy and painful to keep in a pony tail, as I'm constantly turning my head to back my trailer and check my mirrors as I drive up and an extremely narrow road with ZERO shoulder along with 40 other trucks passing by etc. So my hair is in consistent contact with literally bio-hazardous mud over and over when I'm unhooking/hooking my trailer from/to my truck when dumping containers. I also have to wear a hard hat every time I'm outside my truck. So my hair is exposed to some really harsh conditions all the time!!! I cannot use regular shampoos as they just exacerbate the whole itchy dandruff situation, and my normal wash routine is once a month. However, with this job, I have been needing to adjust that time frame up to maybe every 3 weeks or so, and now I actually feel like I CAN because this soap truly cleans these long locs so thoroughly without leaving crap behind and makes my scalp feel so much better!!! And it cleans both my real locs as well as my crocheted extensions equally asthoroughly! Hooray! By the way, it smells AMAZING. so good. Omg. Definitely not a manly scent tho lol but hey. If you don't care, I don't care 🫠 others on here have been vague on the scent and someone said something about VS lovespell, which I don't think I agree with but at the same time, I've never bought that stuff only smelled it on others lol I can tell you it is extremely SWEET and FLORAL, with strong notes of SWEET CITRUS. The floral is dominating, the citrus compliments that beautifully. I also use it on my body, and I finally don't have itchy flaky skin in this harsh season in the PNW. It's a wonderful product. Honestly. It came in one piece, undamaged, the box has a bit of a wax lining inside I think, because it's holding up nicely as the storage container directly after use (I take it with my to work to shower in the locker room so I don't bring home any unwanted nasties like from the dead livestock that we dump up there or the human waste sent down from Alaska, or the medical needles we dump as well, you get the picture) this soap keeps me feeling like a clean, pretty lady amongst the garbage. FREEDOM FIGHTER APPROVED!!!

This is my favorite shampoo for my locs. It smells great, lathers extremely well and cleans nicely. The bar also lasts quite a while. My hair feels clean and soft. Great product.

It lathered up nicely and worked effortlessly through my nephew's long locs from scalp to ends. I loved how clean his locs felt afterward—no residue, just a soft, natural sheen and a noticeable reduction in lint, dirt and product buildup that was mostly all removed from the detox I did prior to the shampoo.This shampoo bar delivered exactly what I hoped for: ease of use, great results, and a refreshing scent. Not only will I definitely purchase the full size next, I'll be stocking up to use on my son, nephews and clients as well.

Pros: Smells great, lathers nicely and rinses clean. Leaves locs soft and without residue trapped in the locs.Cons: Pricey and the presentation was horrible. The box was destroyed and the bar itself was smashed to the point of looking like hardened Playdoh. If you plan to buy this as a gift, don't for that reason only. I will purchase this again because it is not a gift and is easier for both my teenage daughters to use in the shower and it rinses clean. I wish the price were cheaper though.

The best shampoo and conditioner that I have ever used. First the shampoo and conditioner bar moisturize your hair very well. My girls used it for the first time and they have dandruff really bad the bar cleared that up and it cleared up the acne on their faces too. Trust me this is the best product to purchase and their hair is very soft after using this product too. Lion locs shampoo and conditioner bar get all 10s across the board in our household.

I really enjoy this shampoo bar. I have a very dry scalp that gets worst in the winter and when the seasons change. This cleaned all the build up out of my locs. Loved the way it lathers, it doesn't dry my hair and the scent smells soo good. It's worth the purchase! Will try some other kinds next time!

I've been locd for 13 years and my locs are a bit past my back side. This shampoo works better than anything I've used before and super easy to use. This has taken almost all my build up out but it doesn't feel stripped like a clarifying, my hair was left feeling my moisturized and soft the scent it light, the lather was great and it seems it'll last a long time

I love this shampoo bar, it’s extremely convenient especially for those that travel. It does a great job of laying my locs clean and smelling fresh, and it is smooth and washes off clean no residue. Last a long time too, making it a great value. In general I have found Lion Loca’ products to get off great quality and utility.
