My spout lid has always leaked unless i crank it down really tight. i never got the rubber washer seal. how do i get one?

It's pretty much useless without that lid gasket, I'd ask the seller or return it 😉

I didn’t see anywhere to report the straws missing. I purchased for my boyfriend as one of his Christmas gifts and have been unable to use without the straws. I don’t see anywhere on Amazon to report missing straws.
