I've had a 5-burnder charbroil for years and recently went to a griddle. Inside the grill the tubes and trays were all rusty, some broken and overall just awful. Instead of sending my grill to the metal yard, my sister happened to be looking for a grill, so I decided to fix mine up and give it to her. These replacement parts worked out excellently. The box contained multiple parts for different grill configurations, two different length ignitors in case one was too short, and everything that my grill required fit perfectly. It transformed my grill from rusted out gas tubes and interior to looking like it is brand new. Fired it up and the tubes are all lit evenly. It appears to be decent quality but time will tell with use. So far the grill works like it should and it looks like it has another 5+ years to go. Super satisfied with this purchase.

So after I ordered the wrong one, and sent it back, I got this one. It fit perfectly! Easy to install. After about 10 uses it seems to be holding up well. Aside from grates or the igniter button it comes with everything you need, at a good price! I highly recommend this product! Before installation I recommend you wash at least the heat diffusers/burner guards/triangle things. After install do like a ten minute burn on high heat without food. At this point you are ready for the next event! Side note, some people keep their grills super clean, some don't. If you don't, having all the old stuff out is an excellent time to get in there for a good cleaning. Happy grilling y'all!

Very easy to install and brought new life to my grill. Burners were a perfect fit. Kit provided two carry over tube sizes and one worked perfectly. Heat tents were a full 1/8" short; you can just barely get them to fit with careful placement. On the OEM parts, the back slot for the burners uses a larger cotter pin. The small pins that this kit comes with do not fit the back slots.The front cotter pins are bigger and the smaller pins fit the front, so a simple swap worked for me. Save your original pins just in case. So far so good, only time will tell on durability.

Easy replacement parts make your grill as new as it can be. Easy instructions and really just a piece by piece install. Well worth it once your burners are not burning a “blue flame” anymore and it’s a good excuse to clean up your grill period as you can see mine was a bit abused. Like the added bonus of the new igniters and it just gave me a good reason to fix mine. Threw in a few before and after photos without the burner covers and this is a Way Cheaper alternative to buying a whole new grill, again.

First of all the parts fit, there were a few extra screws, washers and cotter l pins. And , the most important, I was able to successfully install the parts and the grill works and looks great.A few comments that cause me to be more critical in the hopes that someone might benefit from my experience. Mostly the issues were my fault. Perhaps some modifications to the instructions would help folks like me.The igniters have different wire lengths. Of course, I picked up the wrong (longer wire) for the firebox side. Cost me a few minutes to tuck the excess wire around the panel.The transfer tube were adjustable length. I installed them in reverse with the slot towards the front of the grill. This resulted in only the first two burners to ignite. I reversed the opening and it worked. I realized the graphic in the instructions pictured the tubes at the back of the grill works my model these are at the front. I should have realized the arrow in the graphic pointing to the firebox was the key regardless of where the tubes are positioned.

Wish I had thought about these earlier. My grill was down two burners forever. I really didn't want to buy a new one because the grill looked like new except for the burners and bridges. Purchased these parts and they are perfect. The grill is back in full action.

This kit is GREAT and now I have a brand new grill! Easy to install - even the electrical component - and included everything I needed. My grill was dirty and rusty and now it's working like a charm. Totally worth it!

It was a pain to find the bbq model number, but once I did it was easy. No problems to install. Brought my bbq back to life.

Works great, easy to install, great replacement parts for our 6 burner “char broil performance” bbq -just no seater parts. …so used 5 and kept old searer for now

It looks good and works very well. There were only 2 little things during the installation that others my learn from.1. The ignitor frame for the main BBQ (burner tube #2) was a little thicker than the original and wouldn't sit flat because of a small plate in the BBQ. I simply moved the ignitor to burner #1 where there was sufficient space.2.After disconnecting and before removing the existing ignitor, I should have tied a piece of string to the old wire at the block. I could have used that to thread the new wire back through the BBQ back to the block. That would have saved myself some time and consternation. If I had done that, it would have been really fast and easy.

Fits the 4 burner performance grill as well.Only needed one of the sparkers from the 5 included.Easy to install.
