Tastes great, filling!
Love this product, tastes great, feel full after having it. I mix it with almond milk and yogurt and berries and it gives me a full meal replacement which lasts for hours I blended in a blender so it is not chalky and I add fruit that is frozen so it makes it cold. Iโm not sure I would like it just shaken with water. I do prefer blended consistency.

Good value for the cost.
I have been using this product for over a year and value it very much. It provides a very tasty and more importantly, well balanced nutritional supplement for daily use.

Itโs an OK flavor
It may have everything, but I donโt see what the hype is about the flavor. Itโs just OK itโs not good or great.

Best Nutrition Shake Iโve tried - Aรงaรญ Coconut flavor
This is really good! Pricey, but seems worth it, because I actually want to drink it. Itโs mixes well in my beast mixer with water and ice. Iโve also added coconut yogurt, and that works well for me. Iโm a coconut lover and I really like this flavor. Iโd buy it again; and I want to try vanilla now too.

I still weigh the same and have less money.
After a couple of years using Ka'Chava I've made some conclusions. First the good.. I prefer the vegan Acai/Coconut recipe. It is delicious and I believe it is very nutritious! This is great meal replacement, occasionally for my breakfast. I love that it substitutes taking a multi-vitamin. This is one rare, vegan meal replacement that has a good helping of fiber too. I've had trouble finding that in this market. I enjoy drinking it with my morning supplements and medications. I can usually make it till lunch without much hunger, but it's borderline with '2 heaping scoops full' (directions on the bag). Now the not so good... I do not believe any claims that this helps you lose weight. At first, I had a rotation of Chocolate, Vanilla, Acai/Coconut, a different one each day for breakfast. It did not help me lose weight. That being said, it's got to be better than bacon, eggs, and buttered toast, right? I think getting rid of unhealthy foods is great but my experience is I have to decrease my entire daily calorie intake. And unfortunately, I'm not good at it (yet, it's a work in progress). So, I switched to just the Ka'Chava Acai/Coconut and 2 other brands. I'm picky, I do not like artificial sweeteners, colors, preservatives, I want fiber, and prefer vegan protein. (Good luck, huh) Why did I take the Ka'Chava Chocolate and Vanilla out of my rotation? A couple of reasons, those flavors are not vegan and I can't make sense out of supporting the whole 'subscription' marketing model. This product was costing me a ton each month! I watched the price of this product sky-rocket since I began my journey. And the manufacturer wants my subscription. Apparently, I am forced to pay more if I don't want to subscribe. I don't know but it seems to me the product price may be inflated to offer a lower price for the subscription. That's just my 2 cents for what it's worth. I don't have any proof of that. As I get older, I start to get weary of 'subscriptions' and 'reward programs'. People smarter than me are figuring out ways to get me hooked and keep buying. Well, I am not biting the bait anymore. In conclusion, 'everything in moderation'. Try out the Coconut/Acai, I highly recommend it for taste and health, but don't get sucked into the marketing and unproven claims that this product will help you lose weight.
